We deliver 7 days a week (excluding official public holidays) to ensure your orders arrive exactly when you need them.
- Dubai (Same-Day Delivery): Orders placed before 10:00 AM are delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the next day.
- Rest of UAE (Next-Day Delivery): Deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and major cities in the Northern Emirates are completed within 24 hours.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to the Western Region (Al Dhafra), Hatta, and other remote locations typically take 1–3 working days.

We are pleased to offer FREE Delivery on all orders over AED 200.
For orders under AED 200, the following flat delivery rates apply:
- AED 20: Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
- AED 30: Abu Dhabi (City), Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and all Remote Areas.

- Address Accuracy: For your security, we only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please note that we cannot alter the delivery address once the driver is en route.
- Hand-to-Hand Delivery: While a signature is not required, our quality standards mandate a strict hand-to-hand delivery. To ensure the safety and optimal temperature of your dates, we will not leave packages unattended at reception desks or doorsteps.

⚠️ 2. Return Eligibility (Perishable Goods)
Because we deal with premium, perishable food items, we strictly adhere to UAE health and safety regulations. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a "change of mind" or if the product has been opened or partially consumed.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- You received the incorrect product.
- The package or product arrived damaged or compromised.
- There is a verifiable quality issue with the items received.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, any issues must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be accommodated.

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions based on your preference and product availability:
- Replacement: We will dispatch a replacement item to you as quickly as possible at no additional shipping cost.
- Store Credit: We can issue a digital gift card for the value of the affected items to use on your next purchase.
- Refund: A full or partial refund will be processed back to your original payment method. (Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.)
