At PREMIUMDATES.AE, we take immense pride in the quality and freshness of our dates, nuts, and dry goods. Every order is meticulously inspected and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
⚠️ 2. Return Eligibility (Perishable Goods)
Because we deal with premium, perishable food items, we strictly adhere to UAE health and safety regulations. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a "change of mind" or if the product has been opened or partially consumed.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- You received the incorrect product.
- The package or product arrived damaged or compromised.
- There is a verifiable quality issue with the items received.
⏱️ 3. Reporting an Issue (24-Hour Rule)
Due to the perishable nature of our products, any issues must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be accommodated.
📝 4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps to resolve the issue quickly:
- Document the Issue: Take clear photos of the damaged item, the incorrect product, and the shipping box.

- Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and the photos you took.
Our team will review your claim within 1 business day and work with you to provide a suitable solution.
💳 5. The Refund/Replacement Process
Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions based on your preference and product availability:
- Replacement: We will dispatch a replacement item to you as quickly as possible at no additional shipping cost.
- Store Credit: We can issue a digital gift card for the value of the affected items to use on your next purchase.
- Refund: A full or partial refund will be processed back to your original payment method. (Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.)
🛑 6. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please do so before 10:00 AM on your scheduled delivery day, or before you receive your "Order Dispatched" notification. Once an order has left our warehouse and is with the courier, it cannot be canceled.
