🚚 1. Delivery Overview

At PREMIUMDATES.AE, we know that enjoying our luxury dates requires the utmost freshness. That is why we operate a dedicated logistics network to ensure fast, reliable delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

⏱️ 2. Delivery Timelines

We deliver 7 days a week (excluding official public holidays) to ensure your orders arrive exactly when you need them.

• Dubai (Same-Day Delivery): Orders placed before 10:00 AM are delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the next day.
• Rest of UAE (Next-Day Delivery): Deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and major cities in the Northern Emirates are completed within 24 hours.
• Remote Areas: Deliveries to the Western Region (Al Dhafra), Hatta, and other remote locations typically take 1–3 working days.

💰 3. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE Delivery on all orders over AED 200.

For orders under AED 200, the following flat delivery rates apply:

• AED 20: Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
• AED 30: Abu Dhabi (City), Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and all Remote Areas.

📦 4. The Delivery Process

We keep you informed at every step of your order's journey:

1. Confirmation: You will receive an immediate email or SMS confirmation once your order is placed.
2. Dispatch: We will notify you the moment your luxury dates leave our warehouse.
3. Courier Contact: Prior to arrival, our driver will reach out via WhatsApp or a phone call to confirm your live location and availability. Please keep your mobile phone handy to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

⚠️ 5. Delivery Requirements

• Address Accuracy: For your security, we only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please note that we cannot alter the delivery address once the driver is en route.
• Hand-to-Hand Delivery: While a signature is not required, our quality standards mandate a strict hand-to-hand delivery. To ensure the safety and optimal temperature of your dates, we will not leave packages unattended at reception desks or doorsteps.

🛡️ 6. Damaged or Missing Items

We take exceptional care in packaging your dates. However, please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or missing:

• Report the issue to us within 24 hours.
• Send a clear photo of the damaged item or box to our WhatsApp support team.
